gric homeowner assistance program
Funding from the U.S. Treasury’s Homeowner Assistance Fund is available to eligible GRIC homeowner’s living on and off the Community who have experienced hardships after January 21, 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program assists with mortgage payments; property taxes; homeowner’s insurance; certain home equipment purchases; and utility/internet service payments. In addition, on-Community homeowners can apply for renovations or rebuilding of homes that were deemed total losses.
